By opening the butterfly leaf, the table extends to eight feet long and is suitable for eight diners. This creative design allows the leaf to be stored inside the table. There is no need to find storage room elsewhere when the leaf is not needed. Simply pull the ends of the table out and flip the leaf out when needed. An umbrella hole is in the leaf so a umbrella can be used with this teak extension table when the leaf is used.
